At Palm Coast Hearing Center, we take a personal approach to caring for our patients. We believe that the most important aspect to providing quality service is establishing a relationship with our patients, educating them and then presenting the best solutions to their hearing and communication needs. Our Clinical Director, Dr. Indira Alvarez, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, which ensures that we follow evidence-based, exceptional quality care guidelines for all our patients.
We offer complimentary hearing screenings which include an otoscopic exam and screening of various frequencies, to determine if a hearing deficit is present.

I absolutely love this place! After moving I was concerned about finding a new audiologist. Dr. Alvarez is the best I’ve ever had. So thorough, plus she EXPLAINED everything along the way so that I could understand. No rush! NO HIGH PRESSURE. She has helped me maintain the life of the hearing aids I already have. She answers all questions, even has videos to help when you get home. PLUS, Heather. Heather spent 1 hour today trying to remove impacted wax. She was so professional, knowledgeable and kind, making the task as pleasant as possible. Finally she was able to remove all wax. Wendy, at the front desk, is just lovely, efficient. The whole team will make you feel welcome and help you hear all that you’ve been missing. THANK YOU!!
