Uptown is not like any other Directory!  Our guide is made up of reputable and reliable referrals that are carefully reviewed prior to being posted on our site.  This site is very exclusive and only quality businesses are welcome to join our directory.  Our goal is to provide our community with access to top vendors and at the same time help our local businesses flourish!

Businesses must be licensed and insured.

Businesses are chosen by the community for the community. The businesses represented are referrals made by the community.  All businesses are screened and reviewed prior to posting on our App and Website.

Building Trusted Relationships.

Networking and collaborating through charitable events, membership organizations and management companies offer businesses the community awareness they need to succeed.  We build trusted relationships throughout our community that provides businesses with the opportunity to grow within our community.

We limit the number of vendors.

We also limit the number of providers on our site. Within each category, there will be a total up to 6 vendors.

Provide services for residents and vendors.

Uptown provides a multitude of businesses marketing and advertising opportunities to help each business raise brand awareness and build a pipeline of qualified leads that can ultimately turn into sales.

Marketing and advertising initiatives include social media, SEO, TV advertising, radio, billboards, welcome baskets and much more.  These endeavors are done for a fraction of the cost it would take a small business. We know how expensive advertising is and we are here to help!

We notify businesses of negative ratings and allow the business to mitigate the customer situation prior to posting.

We manage and monitor ratings.  This is done to keep each business abreast of their current rating status and can also help mitigate bad ratings by contacting the business owners prior to customer posts.

Uptown Resources will provide each of the business quarterly updates related to usage-on the platform and feedback from customers.

Uptown provides quarterly reviews to all businesses. If a business is not getting many views. We can suggest marketing and advertising strategies to the vendor to help promote their business.
