MAY Management
MAY Management Services has been a trusted partner to Florida HOA and condominium association boards since 1988. What began as a relationship-driven, hands-on management company in St. Augustine has grown into one of Florida’s most established community association management firms — serving 200+ communities and 27,500+ homes across 10 Florida markets.
We were built on two founding principles: strong financial reporting and genuine, accountable service to the boards and residents who count on us. Those principles guide every decision we make today. With five office locations across Northeast, Central, and Southwest Florida, our 125+ employees and 36 licensed Community Association Managers bring deep local knowledge to every community we serve.
At MAY, you don’t have to choose between big-firm resources and small-firm attention. Our 93% CAM retention rate means the progress your board makes never gets reset. Our 15-person in-house accounting team delivers board-ready financials on time, without surprises. And our four-tier management support structure ensures no community manager ever works alone.
Boards choose MAY because we show up — with the right people, the right tools, and a commitment that is built to last.
